CTAHPERD Annual Photo Contest
(formally called Girls and Women in Sports Photo Contest)
We are looking for pictures of your students being active.
Categories to think about:
1Having fun/demonstrating enthusiasm, joyful participation
2 Demonstrating sportsmanship
3 Families exercising/playing together
4 Demonstrating healthy choices (can include nutrition)
Send pictures electronically to Ellen Benham no later than Feb. 28th at:

or hard copy to

Please include your name, address and phone number
along with the category to which you are entering the picture
No pictures will be returned.
WINNERS WILL BE ANNOUNCED IN THE APRIL CTAHPERD NEWSLETTER
Pictures may be used to promote physical education, health,
recreation and dance as means to a healthy lifestyle. All entries should have a consent form for use as a promotion, not for sale or distribution. No names will be published with the pictures.
