SCHOLARSHIP DETAILS AND PROCEDURES

All scholarships are in the form of certificate of award conditioned upon enrollment of the student in the undergraduate program in an accredited college or university. Upon receipt of notice of enrollment from proper officials, a check from CTAHPERD in the amount of $1,000.00 ($500.00 each for 2 semesters) will be forwarded to the college or university to establish a credit for the student. This scholarship may be applied toward tuition, books, or room/board.

Unexpended credit is subject to withdrawal if the conduct of student is contrary to principles of law and order and morality supported by the college or university. Unexpended credit will also be withdrawn in incidence where students transfer and are no longer majors in one of the four fields encompassed by this scholarship.
