AHA for JRFH
- AAU – Amateur Athletic Union
 host the Junior Olympics each year and jump rope and Double Dutch are events at this major competition.
- USAJRF – USA Jump Rope – This organization is recognized as the governing body for jump rope in US. The organization host workshops, camps, sub-regional, regional and national competitions each year in short rope, Double Dutch and team show events.
The International Federation of Jump Rope (translated from Federation Internationale De Saut A La Corde) or FISAC formed in August 1996 to represent the sport of jump rope internationally. The next international tournament will be held in 2006, in Toronto, Canada. Qualifications to attend the championships will be determined by each member organization, so, contact your country's organization for more information. The US Trials which qualifies our jumpers to this world event will be held in Boulder, Colorado, March 17-19, 2006. Currently, there are five full members:
- Australia (Australian Rope Skipping Association)
- Belgium (BVLO-Rope Skipping)
- Hungary (Hungarian Rope Skipping Federation)
- U.S.A. (United States Amateur Jump Rope Federation)
- Sweden
- Denmark
- Netherlands
South Africa is a provisional member at this time. Canada has applied for membership at this time.
